OUR STORY

We opened Sweet Chive in 2018 on my mother’s birthday. We call ourselves Sweet Chive, because chives are an integral part of our family’s cuisine and ”sweet” because we want life to be sweet. Based on these key ingredients, we created a menu that reflects our values and our appetites: handmade dumplings, organic ingredients whenever possible, and comfort food that satisfies our cravings and warms the soul. Sustainability is deeply important to us and guides our decision-making and policies. We are imperfect, but we try our best. Please come share our food and our values with us.
